Lullaby is a New York Times Bestseller!

Great to learn that LULLABY debuts #6 on the New York Times bestseller list this week alongside John Grisham, Stephen King, David Baldacci and Charlaine Harris. I'm so grateful for all the support while out on the road these last couple weeks. Don't forget THE LOST ONES hits stores on May 31. And check out the latest tour dates for June! If I didn't see you on the last tour, I'll probably see you on this one. -- Ace

Spenser lives!!!!!!!!
Just finished "Lullaby" and have nothing but praise. Am a Robert Parker junkie and this book does not miss a beat. Looking forward to many more plus hopefully a shot at Virgil Cole & Everett Hitch!

Congratulations! Thank you for bringing Spenser back in our lives. Good job.

After being a great fan of Robert B. Parker, reading all his Spenser books and others I was deeply sadened by the death of this man who was truly a gift from God for us readers. Rest in peace, Robert. B. Parker. How excited I was to spot Lullaby in my local bookstore and through it discover a new favorite author. I will be buying The Devil's Garden and other. thank you, Mr. Atkins for keeping some of Mr. Parker alive for us.

There's no bigger Spenser (alone
with Jesse and Sonny) fan in the
world than myself. So when RBP
died, part of me died too.
But, after reading Lullaby,
Spencer is alive, and so am I!
I didn't think it was possible.
Thanks Ace. I just hope you can
crank them out as fast.
Bill Shanks, Tulsa

Of all three writers, Ace Atkins, captured the essence of a Spenser novel. Please keep them coming!!

Congratutions, my worries about Spenser disappearing are groundless, you have captured Spenser down to the inch.

Gratefully extend best wishes,

My brother introduced me to your series of Quinn Colson in August last year. I ordered the book, liked it very much and now have a unique and very special gift series for my son regardless of the occasion. The reason you might be interested in this is because his name is SGT Quinn Colson. He is an asset for military intelligence with 3 previous tours in Iraq, now serving in South Korea. He is a very strong character as well, 6' 8" and 270 Ibs. He certainly is my hero and I'm very proud of Quinn. Thank you for keeping his character alive and well...John Colson

I am so happy you have taken up the Robert Parker Spenser mantle.
I've just started Lullaby, but
the dialog Spenser has with the bartender is classic Parker. GREAT JOB! Please continue and maybe you could convince Tom Selleck to let you do Jesse Stone
too as the last one was sadly in need of Parker dialog.
Do you ever do a book tour in
Biloxi? Carolyn Seranella

Just finished Lullaby, and you nailed it. I laughed out loud several times (always a god barometer for a Spenser novel) and every character felt authentic. And that's something I can't say for Michael Brandman, who should stick to writing for television, or not at all. Thanks!

Great job on Lullaby. I hope you keep Spenser alive

Lullaby is great! You got it just right! Robert B. is very proud.

I just finished "Lullaby". What a wonderful job you did- the remark about "Calvin & Hobbs" brought a gasp from me, I remember Spenser saying something about it once in another novel. I hope you write many more, you've made me a very happy reader. Thanks!!

I give up. I wanted to express my gratitude to the author but can't get on the site. Why is this so hard to navigate?????????

Just read Robert B. Parker's Lullaby. Ace, you have captured Robert B.'s voice. Thank you. Hope to read more Spenser stories. P.S. Will we see Mattie again, perhaps as a cop or PI? She has the attitude and moxie to pull it off.

I have read every Spencer novel and although I was skeptical, this is one of the finest Spencer novels of all time. I did not want to put it down but I wanted to make it last. Well done! I look forward for more to come. I will have to check out your other work too!
